Our goal is to provide quality educational services to our customers. We will try to accommodate where life (or your Internet provider!) may affect attendance, but please be aware of our attendance policy:
Late Attendance:If you or your child will be late, please notify us via email before class starts. There will be no credit or refund for partial/late attendance. Sessions will end at the predetermined time.
No-Show:There will be no credit or refund for No-Shows.
Cancellation:You will only be eligible to a refund/credit if we receive notice (via email) up to 1 business day prior to the class.
Specific to our Session Formats:
One-to-One Tutoring Sessions: Unless we have received earlier notice, the instructor will wait for the student for 15 minutes. At that time, they will close the session.
Courses and Learning Pods:The student can enter the session late but the concepts covered earlier in the session will not be retaught to catch the student up.
