Amy came to speech language pathology as a second career and has never looked back. She found her niche working with teens and young adults in high school over the last 9 years. In her free time Amy will likely be found hiking or running in the open space near her home and spending time with family.

The aim of this course is to provide high school students who have social challenges an opportunity to gain experience and confidence with social interaction. It is intended for teens who are interested in working on communication and possess the language skills necessary for conversation. The group will provide opportunities for social engagement through language- based activities including conversation, discussion, and games.
